By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions, which take effect as soon as you access our website or place an order over the phone. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order. All orders are subject to these conditions.

Once your order has been placed, we begin preparing it immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing it to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests should be made by phone, not email. As per the Distance Selling Regulations (Regulation 13), because your order is perishable, the cooling-off period does not apply.

While we take every care, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food is free from other allergens. All of our dishes are cooked from scratch, and various allergens are present in our kitchen.

We aim to deliver your order within 45–60 minutes. During busy times, deliveries may take longer. If we foresee any delay, we will notify you. If the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to keep you updated.

We have a minimum order of £15. If delivery charges apply, we will inform you during the order process (whether online or by phone).

You agree to provide a valid postcode, full address, and contact telephone number when placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, we may be unable to deliver within the estimated time frame. You agree not to withhold payment in such cases.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot establish contact with you by phone or email after the order has been placed. This is to prevent fraudulent or hoax orders. For large orders, we may require a deposit before confirming the order. The total price of your order will be confirmed to you before completion.

If your address is outside our specified delivery area, it may affect delivery times. If you're unsure whether you're within our catchment area, please call us, and we’ll provide an estimated delivery time.

The food photographs on this website are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences between the photos shown and the actual dishes delivered, as they are serving suggestions or generic representations of the ingredients.

Dish descriptions on our website represent the items as accurately as possible. If an ingredient is unavailable, our chefs will decide on a suitable replacement. If you're unsure of any dish’s ingredients or content, please call us before placing your order. • "Home-made" means prepared entirely from scratch by us. • "Fresh" means not frozen or tinned. • "(v)" indicates a vegetarian dish. • If food colouring is used, we comply with the Food Additives (England) Regulations 2009.

We generally use standard takeaway containers. If we use different packaging, the portion size will remain the same. Please note that some dishes may settle during delivery.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss, arising from the use of this site or any materials provided via email or other communications, whether in contract, negligence, or tort.
